Returns & Refunds

We want you to be confident in what you order. Our returns window is 30 days for unopened products, in line with United States and European Union consumer expectations.

Unopened products — 30 days

You may return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, undamaged and in resaleable condition with the seal intact.

Opened products — not returnable

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded. This applies to any item whose seal has been broken, even if only used once.

This does not affect your rights if a product arrives faulty, damaged or not as described. In that case contact us and we will make it right regardless of whether the seal is intact.

How to start a return

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We confirm eligibility and send you return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund to the original payment method.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the returned item being received and inspected. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a further 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.

Return shipping costs

• Change of mind — the buyer covers return shipping.
• Faulty, damaged or incorrect item — we cover return shipping, or we may not require the item back at all.
• Low-value orders — for low-value items, return shipping can cost more than the product. Where that applies we may offer a refund without requiring the item back.

Reactions and sensitivities

If you experience a reaction, stop using the product immediately and contact us with your order number, the batch number and a photo. We will review the case and, where appropriate, offer a refund or replacement. See our Disclaimer for safety information and patch-test guidance.

Order cancellations

Orders can usually be cancelled for a full refund before they are dispatched. Once a parcel has left our warehouse, the return process above applies.

EU and US consumer rights

United States: nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

European Union: consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales under Directive 2011/83/EU. Where local law grants you a longer period than the 30 days above, the longer period applies. Cross-border return shipping costs may be borne by the consumer where this is stated before purchase; we state here that the policy above applies.
