[[ PHASE 2 — EU ]] Our trade programme currently prioritises United States buyers. European Union enquiries are welcome and will be handled in Phase 2 once EU documentation, responsible-person cover and tax handling are in place. We do not claim EU compliance we cannot evidence yet.

Clean cosmetic production line with unbranded jars and bottles in a modern facility

1. Hero

Peptide skincare, private-labelled for your brand — sourced at the factory, prepared for the US and EU.

We source peptide serums, creams, masks and hair care from vetted manufacturers in China, apply your brand, and prepare the documentation your market needs. You get a peptide line without building a factory, hiring a formulator or financing a first production run you cannot sell.

What it means for you
Direct-from-source pricingWe buy from the source factory rather than a trading layer, so your landed cost starts lower. Exact pricing is quoted per formula and per volume — see the quote template.
Private label, not white-label guessworkYour logo, your artwork and your label fields, applied to formulas we have already scoped for cosmetic use in the US and EU.
Low entry volumesStart at 100 units per SKU for a market test, then scale to 300 / 500 / 1,000+ as your reorder data comes in.
Documentation-firstWe ask suppliers for INCI, COA, MSDS and stability documents as part of onboarding, so you are not chasing paperwork after the order.
US + EU market focusOur documentation checklist is built around MoCRA (US) and EC 1223/2009 (EU) label requirements.
One partner for the rangeSerums, eye cream, face cream, masks, neck cream, body lotion, lash & brow, shampoo & conditioner, scalp serum and bundles — from one supplier relationship.

⚠️ Certification status (GMP, ISO 22716, organic, vegan, cruelty-free, etc.) is per factory and per formula. We do not claim a certification we cannot evidence in writing. Every certification line in a quotation is [to be confirmed] until the certificate is on file.

3. Who we work with

  • Salons, spas and skin clinics — retail a peptide line at the front desk. (Note: products are cosmetics; no professional-only or medical claims are made.)
  • Beauty retailers and online stores — add a peptide range without holding a warehouse of unsold stock.
  • DTC and e-commerce brands — launch or extend a peptide line with your own label.
  • Marketplace sellers — build a branded listing rather than reselling an unbranded product others also sell.
  • Subscription and gift-box companies — source peptide masks, lip serum and body lotion as repeat items.
  • Distributors and importers in the US and EU — bulk supply with export documentation.
  • Founders testing an idea — start at 100 units, validate demand, then scale.

We are not a good fit if: you need a regulated drug, a product for injection, or a label claim we cannot support. We sell cosmetics only.

4. Private label vs. custom formulation

ModelWhat you getBest forTypical starting MOQ
Private labelYour brand on an existing Aminique formulaFastest route to market; lowest cost100 units / SKU [to be confirmed]
Private label + packaging changeYour brand, your bottle/boxBrands that want a distinct look300–500 units / SKU [to be confirmed]
Custom formulation (ODM)Adjusted or bespoke formulaBrands with a specific ingredient story[to be confirmed]

For private label we use formulas already scoped for cosmetic use. For custom work, development time, stability testing and a new safety assessment apply. Nothing is sold as a drug or for injection.

5. What we can provide

  1. Product supply — the peptide range in the SKU list, or a subset of it.
  2. Your branding — logo and artwork applied to the label, box and (where available) the container.
  3. Packaging sourcing — stock packaging or custom tooling. [to be confirmed]
  4. Label field support — we help prepare the regulatory fields: INCI list, net content, responsible person name and address, batch number, warnings, PAO/durability. [to be confirmed]
  5. Documentation pack — see section 7.
  6. Retail-ready or bulk — individually boxed retail units, or bulk cases for your own filling and packing.
  7. Reorder planning — a simple reorder schedule based on your sell-through.
  8. Wholesale price list — see store/wholesale/quotation template.md.

What we do not do: no products for injection, no prescription products, no claims we cannot evidence, and no use of restricted marketing terms (see store/copy standards.md).

6. Our 4-step process

Step 1 — Enquiry & brief (1–2 days) You send the products or category you are interested in, your market, your target volume and your packaging preference. Use the enquiry form below.

Step 3 — Order confirmation & production (deposit + lead time) You approve the sample, artwork and label copy. We issue a proforma invoice. Production begins on deposit. Lead time is [to be confirmed].

Step 4 — QC, documents & shipping We arrange QC, prepare the documentation pack, and ship on the Incoterm you chose (EXW / FOB / DDP — [to be confirmed]). You receive tracking and the documents, and we support your first reorder.

We can supply documents and introductions; we do not replace your responsible person or your legal review. See store/legal/terms-of-service.md.

9. FAQ

  1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Private label starts at 100 units per SKU, subject to factory confirmation and a minimum order value of [to be confirmed]. Custom formulation and custom packaging have higher minimums (typically 300–1,000+ units).

  1. Can I put my logo on the product?

Yes. Private label means your logo and artwork on the label and box, applied to a Aminique formula. If you need a custom bottle or box, we can scope tooling and a higher MOQ.

  1. Can you customize the formula?

In many cases, yes — as a custom formulation (ODM) with a higher MOQ, developer time and (for the EU) a new safety assessment. Tell us the ingredient story you want and we will check feasibility with the factory. [to be confirmed]

  1. Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes. Samples or a small sample order are the normal first step. Sample fees, courier costs and lead times are in the quote template. [to be confirmed]

  1. What are your lead times?

Sampling is typically 5–10 days. Production is typically 15–30 days after deposit and artwork approval, depending on the factory schedule and whether custom packaging is involved. [to be confirmed]

  1. Do you ship to the US and Europe?

Yes. We quote EXW, FOB or DDP depending on your preference. For the EU, note that IOSS/VAT and the €150 duty threshold apply; for the US, the previous $800 de minimis exemption has been removed, so DDP pricing is usually cleaner. Duties and taxes are separate unless quoted as DDP.

  1. What documents do you provide?

INCI, COA, MSDS and stability reports where available, plus factory licence documents. Certification claims (GMP, ISO 22716, vegan, cruelty-free) are only stated when we can attach the certificate. See section 8.

  1. Who handles regulatory compliance — you or me?

As the brand owner you are the responsible person for your market. We supply the documents and can introduce you to US/EU responsible-person services. We do not replace your legal or regulatory review.

  1. Can you make custom packaging?

Yes, subject to tooling cost and a higher MOQ. Stock packaging is faster and cheaper for a first run. [to be confirmed]

  1. Do you offer exclusivity?

Exclusivity can be discussed for larger volumes and multi-SKU commitments. [to be confirmed]

  1. What are your payment terms?

[to be confirmed]. Typically a deposit to start production and the balance before shipping.

  1. Do you make products for injection or medical use?

No. We supply cosmetics only. We do not supply products for injection and we do not support medical claims. See the label-claim reminder below.

10. Request a wholesale quotation

Tell us your market, volume and packaging requirements and we will come back with pricing and timelines. Every quotation is prepared per formula and per volume, so we need a few details first.

We reply within 1–2 business days.

11. Label-claim reminder (B2B)

Every product we supply is a cosmetic. Neither Aminique nor the factory can support a claim that a product addresses a disease, changes the structure or function of the body, or substitutes for a medical procedure. Any label, listing or ad you create must stay within cosmetic claim language and within the advertising rules of your market (US: FTC + FDA cosmetic rules; EU: Regulation (EC) No 655/2013 on claim substantiation).

Use appearance-based wording such as supports the look of firmer, smoother skin, helps reduce the appearance of fine lines, a topical serum, or a high-purity, cosmetically formulated serum. Avoid any medical, drug-like or procedure-comparison claim.

We maintain a full do-not-use list with approved substitutes in our copy standards (store/copy standards.md, section 3). Share it with whoever writes your labels and listings; we will not print copy that fails it. If you are unsure about a claim, ask us before artwork is finalised.
